Charlotte Warehouse Sale is the home of one of the area's largest liquidation event sales for designer apparel and accessories.
We are headquartered in Charlotte, NC. We purchase overstock inventory from some of the nation's leading upscale department stores and specialty retailers, and then hold events where we sell this inventory to you, our customers, at substantial savings!
We have been holding these events since December, 2007 and they were an instant success! Our customers loved being able to shop for their favorite designer brands at bargain-basement prices!
Next to the amazing prices that we offer, what our customers love the most is that each shopping experience offers a new mix of item types and brands. In an ongoing effort to keep providing an exciting mix of NEW merchandise, we have expanded our efforts to be able to include offerings from other wholesalers and retailers as well. Shoppers can find merchandise from many different sources, all priced at 75-90% off the original MSRP.
We open to the public just a few times per year. We typically spend very little money on advertising in order to keep prices LOW for our customers!

I was first introduced to Charlotte Warehouse Sale at the second sale in January 2008, and immediately became a fan. I couldn't believe all of the amazing merchandise and unbelievable prices. I shopped at every sale and became friends with the owner, Lisa Sperow. I was hired as the Director of Retail Operations in February 2009 and focused on advertising, scheduling, staffing, and running the warehouse sales. I loved the fun environment at the sales & getting to know all of the customers! In November 2010, Laurie & I purchased Charlotte Warehouse Sale when Lisa was ready to pursue other facets of her career. I am so excited to bring these events back to Charlotte & to see the customers again!
I have been friends & neighbors with Betsy for many years. I shopped the warehouse sales since they opened and loved them. I started to look for a business opportunity in the fall of 2010 since my youngest child was approaching kindergarten, and I found the perfect opportunity when Lisa Sperow announced that she was interested in selling the business.
