We are the home of designer labels... without the designer price tags!
Charlotte Warehouse Sale is the home of one of the area's largest liquidation event sales for designer apparel and accessories.
Headquartered in the University Area of Charlotte, our parent company operates the wholesale division of our business from our warehouse facility on Harris Blvd. We purchase overstock inventory from some of the nation's leading upscale department stores and specialty retailers, and sell primarily to independent retailers and brokers. As a means to liquidate excess inventory, we began opening to the public on a limited basis in 2007.
The Warehouse Sales were an instant success! Our customers loved being able to shop for their favorite designer brands at bargain-basment prices! We quickly outgrew the space that we began in and upgraded to a more spacious facility.
Next to the amazing prices that we offer, what our customers love the most is that each shopping experience offers a new mix of item types and brands. In an ongoing effort to keep providing an exciting mix of NEW merchandise, we have expanded our efforts to be able to include offerings from other wholesalers and retailers as well.
Now, all under one roof, shoppers can find merchandise from many different sources, all priced at 75-90% off the original MSRP.
We open to the public just a few times per year. We typically spend very little money on advertising in order to keep prices LOW for our customers!
